starting a new chapter

perhaps the last few months wasn't that happy, wasn't that smooth and who can guarantee life is always great? undeniable there is ups and downs in life no matter it is from your family, your loved ones, your friends, colleagues or people around you.

'life is a winding road' and our life in this world is limited. don't you think so? we live this limited life and die sooner or later. is a cycle of life where every human has to go through. is like everyone will go through different phases of life and experience in different timing and yet we all learn the same value and meaning of life. at the end of the day, we still die. and have you ever thought what do you gain for this life when you come to that end of the day? perhaps you want to live with no regret. as we all are just average human not holy god, we face the nature of human behaviour: selfishness, loneliness, madness, greediness and the sins that we bring upon us. we no longer think of ethic thoroughly.

in fact, we learn from mistakes and we learn to forgive. as long as we are willing to improve and change to be a better person. cultivate a good deed and start a new chapter again =)

and i found some study of buddhism which is quite meaningful and worth to read on:
Four Noble Truths: the universality of suffering, the cause of suffering through selfish desire, the solution to suffering and the way to overcome suffering. This final point is called the Noble Eightfold Path, this being eight steps consisting of wisdom (right views, right intention) ethics (right speech, right action, right livelihood), mental discipline (right effort, right mindfulness, right concentration), which ultimately lead to liberation from the source of suffering.
